Kerala student is India's first confirmed case of coronavirus

The government reached out to over 600 Indians living in China's Hubei province, the epicenter of the outbreak, to ascertain their willingness to be brought back to India, a day after India got its first confirmed case of the virus, which force the WHO to declare a global health emergency
